Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Job Description:
HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for the installation, diagnosis, and repair of multiple types of HVAC equipment in commercial applications. They must be able to troubleshoot a variety of systems such as Air-cooled chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Water heaters, Pumps, Package and split system heat pumps and Water source heat pump systems. HVAC service technicians are responsible for diagnosing air flow and balancing issues with duct systems, water flow/balancing issues with piping systems and a full understanding of refrigeration cycles. Service Technicians must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, professional attitude, and exceptional work ethics to develop trust with the customer and respect from co-workers. They are the front line of C.R. Hipp and must lead by example.

Job Description:
HVAC Service PM Technicians are responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of multiple types of HVAC equipment in commercial applications. They must be able to maintain and troubleshoot a variety of systems such as Air-cooled chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Water heaters, Pumps, Package and split system heat pumps and Water source heat pump systems. HVAC service PM technicians are responsible for understanding air flow and balancing issues with duct systems, water flow/balancing issues with piping systems and an understanding how to measure refrigerant levels. Service PM Technicians must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, professional attitude, and exceptional work ethics to develop trust with the customer and respect from co-workers. They are the front line of C.R. Hipp and must lead by example.
Job Title: HVAC Mechanical Technician - Service
Job Description:
HVAC Mechanical Technicians are responsible for the layout and installation of multiple types of HVAC equipment in commercial applications. They must be able to interpret mechanical plans and specifications to layout and install a variety of systems such as air-cooled chillers, cooling towers, boilers, water heaters, pumps, package and split system heat pumps, water source heat pump systems and many other mechanical systems. HVAC mechanical technicians must have the ability to evaluate building systems and installations to ensure that they are safe, meet local building codes and are installed per manufacturer recommended guidelines. Mechanical technicians could have different areas of expertise such as welding, pipefitting, plumbing, sheet metal and general mechanical skills. However, as a Mechanical Technician they would be considered a master of their trade but also be required to fully understand all types of methods to install mechanical equipment. Mechanical Technicians must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, professional attitude, and exceptional work ethics to develop trust with the customer and respect from co-workers.
