MEET OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Pete joined C.R. Hipp in 2007 and have over 38 years of experience in Mechanical Construction.

He's a University of South Carolina, Mechanical Engineering Graduate and holds Mechanical and Plumbing Licenses.

Shealee Harmon joined our team in 2016 as controller and was promoted to her current position in 2018. Shealee has 27 years of accounting experience, including 23 years in construction accounting and management.

Shealee is a graduate of the College of Charleston, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the AICPA and SCACPA.

Joel Lehrer joined us in 2021 and has over 30 years of experience in Mechanical Construction.

Joel is a graduate of Clemson University. He holds a Georgia Master Plumber’s License, a Journeyman Sheet Metal Certificate, earned a Certificate of Management from Associated General Contractor in Lean Construction, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Bill Bradshaw joined us in 2014 and has over 40 years of experience in HVAC service.

Bill attended Trident Technical College and has worked as a Service Technician, Facility Manager, Project Manager, Business Manager, and as a consultant.

Steve Poulin earned a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Washington and has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.
